Q:How to calculate your sample fee?

A :We would send a free sample if you cover the shipping fee

If you send the sample to us, you would be responsible for all the charges. 

We will produce the sample according to your drawing.

A : Based on aluminum ingot price + processing  fee + packing fee.


Q:What is your delivery time ?

A :Depends on the product, amount & DELIVERY METHOD.

Express >> On average 2-3days worldwide. Most expensive.

Air >> On average about 5-6days worldwide.

Sea >> On average more than 7days worldwide.


Q:What is the payment terms ?

A : T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, AliPay acceptable


Q:Can you do OEM?  How about the mould cost ?

A :  OEM is welcomed. We do charge for mould fee, but we often use our design skill to produce the items for clients without opening new mould in order to reduce your cost.
